I am in the U.S. for the next 4 months and my old iphone 8 is dying. I want to buy a refurbished iphone 13 mini down here but I am wondering there will be any difficulty with transfering the Sim card to an unlocked phone while in the US.

However the issue still isn’t solved as still getting Sorry, your plan does not include sending texts while in the US. Incoming texts are included. To add a US Roaming Add-On, visit selfserve.publicmobile.cawhen I try to text or call
