I was looking to go back to a flip, tcl, zte cymbal2 ,alcatel,  all 4g and i believe volte capable ?

My phone shows 4g and 3g. If checker says not compatible. Would it not be that PM would need to ok the ime#.How would one know if a volte rated phone is compatible, prior to purchase. would buying from tells insure compatibility on PM?

I was considering tcl flip maybe zte flip, cymbal 2  flip. but research indicates not all Volte are equal. i would not know the emi#
