The original card I had linked has been cancelled. So I connected my new card. I receive this error no matter what valid card I enter now.All the information is definitely correctI need this phone access, what can I do

I've definitely waited over 24hrs but the the voucher idea is good I'm going to do it right now since my phone is crucial at my job.Thank you!
