My husband and I have the exact same phones, both deal with PM, and he can call out and everything is working for him, I how ever can't call out.  

I did a reboot and mine is still not working! 

 received this from Telus because I opted in for text messages into this matter

I am not able to call out at all, my mom at one point left a voicemail....then tried calling me again and it went through, thought the service was fixed so I tried calling out again and I am still not able to.  My son called me on my cell and it work...

I've also reset my APN and that seemed to have fixed it yesterday go to send a picture message this morning and now I'm back to square one
