I have just renewed (2 days ago) and want to switch to a different plan that includes Mexico as I am going there next week. Can I get refunded for the plan I just paid for?
I now realize that when I go to Jamaica. I will not be able to Roam or use my phone with Public Mobile. Will people who call me that week still be able to leave a message on my voicemail if I bring my phone to Jamaica?
