My phone number isn't porting over from my old plan and I need my phone asap. The time in the top right corner keeps pushing back further.

It doesn't seem to be. I have a physical sim. I followed all the instructions

the time next to my service keeps pushing back. This morning it said 12pm id have service then 9 am now it's saying 130 pm
