The tech got it working. I still can't use the Public Mobile app, but at least I have a working phone. She changed the sim card number, and that was it.
I've just been told by one of the Public Mobile techs that the G 5G will NOT work with the Public Mobile app. I'm not impressed, since the Mobile Klinik website infers that Motorola, in general, is compatible.
