I’ve tried everything to get my roaming to work. Rebooted my phone, checked all of the settings. I just don’t get how they can charge you and leave you stranded in another country.

I purchased the add-on before my trip.  When I went across the boarder I was notified that I had entered the US and that roaming was on.  I can text and phone, but I have zero data.  There's no minutes being recorded on my add-on, so now I don't beli...
