Yes, PM don't work, Rogers and freedom can work

I just input other provider SIM  such as FREEDOM or FIDO  into Hotwav, it work well,so only Public SIM card don't work. You can see I send test report, Public and Telus not support, others support

you talked about transfer from other company, I am not, I am public customer,I can call with Huawei phone,I cannot call with Hotwav(make) Cyber​​ 9 Pro(model)
