I wasn't able to get APN settings to work based on what you described, but another poster made the following recommendation which worked when combined with what you posted:This is the value for the APN type, just copy and paste: default,supl,mms,hipr...
Just wanted to add that you also need to set make sure that you have default,supl,mms,hipri,fota in the APN type field. MVNO type: GIDMVNO value: 4DSave APN settings, exit, turn airplane mode on and then off. It should work
