The sim hasn't come in the mail yet . Is there no way of swapping to the $34/40gb plan without the sim?

Hi I joined, the deal when it was 34 for 20gb, and have not received my sim or finished activating my account yet. Would i be able to swap to the new deal for 34 for 40gb
