I recently lost my old credit card and would like to add a new card to pay my subscription. But it seems that the app does not allow me to update my credit card. Can anyone help with that? Thank you! @CS_Agent 
I wanted to transfer from Koodo and bought the plan on Thursday. I followed the step as shown in the app, but at the very last step, it said that my subscription went wrong, and i would need to log in and get help, but the log in page just went white...
