messaged support 11 hours ago but they haven’t gotten back to me. My phone has no service right now and is showing SOS. What do I do?

This worked. However my phone is now saying I have 29 days left to use my number as my iMessage ID, the number is associated with my Apple ID but not my phone. Why is this?
