@CS_Agent I first selected the 20GB $34/month plan, but then realized I actually had wanted the 40GB $40/month plan. I switched subscriptions in about 5 minutes. Am I able to get refunded for the initial subscription?
Hello, I am experiencing the same issue. My wife and I cannot receive calls or texts. I believe I have PM'd CS_Agent. We both got the SMS when porting and said YES to porting over. Our mobile data works, and we can send calls.
Under your subscriptions tab you should see a change subscription option. From there you can select any of the currently posted plans and either have it take effect immediately, or your next renewal date.
