Can’t connect to Network SOS

I tried all the APN reset processes and restarting the phone and everything but I can’t connect to the public mobile network. I’m on an iPhone anyone have a solution? 

I don’t want to factory reset my iPhone. 

I’ve tried everything I bought a new eSIM too. I didn’t get an email of my QR code or anything either.

It is turned on just realized the number entered is wrong any way to change that?

Under your cellular settings, is there an option to "turn on this line"?
