I am a returning customer. I would like to activate esim but it keeps failing at actovation step in the mobile app can I get this helped

I am returning customer. I think I removed PM eSim lasttime and now I am returning to PM. So I need to reinstall esim. I never got esim qr code before..

Tried reboot and relogin. Still does not work
