eSIM won’t activate

I don’t know why my eSIM QR code won’t activate. Brand new here, bought a 90 day subscription, applied to transfer number over from Bell in the works, scanned QR code for eSIM from public mobile and it won’t activate. Help please.

Had to go with temp eSIM and install a new one. Don’t know why the original didn’t work.
