I purchased the US text and talk add on for $15 and I am now in the US and it is not working. It shows on my public mobile account and was charged to my Visa. Any idea why its not working?
Still couldn't get it to work, so I just purchased the $30 plan with data. It is working now. How do I get the $15 back for the talk & text plan I originally purchased that didn't work?
