Code goes to wrong phone-inactive account. Cannot access profile to change where the code is sent

There’s no “didn’t get the code” and nothing else I can access at all. No profile. No option to change to email.

There’s no “didn’t get the code” button and no option to change it to email. Just an endless loop of codes sent to an inactive number and then having to sign in all over again and the same process repeated.
