My data drops from LTE to 4G when I make calls and leaves me with like no internet during and after the call. My setting has no enable volte option but telus site says my phone is compatible. Someone please enable it on my device or tell me how
No progress. Fires in my area but I doubt the system wouldn’t accept my prepayment because of a service outage. The system just isn’t acknowledging my payment.
I can provide more information yes. Can’t call, text or use data. I will try the network reset suggestion someone else made. Do you have any suggestions?
