Hi,5G often turned to LTE in my iPhone 13, how to fix it, is there any chance 250mb will increase in near future for this plan?

Hi,I wrongly paid one month subscription, 2-3 hours later paid 3 month's subscription to get the discount of $39.00 plan (of flash sale toady).Is there any way I can expect 1st payment's refund, please let me know.Thanks,Hasnaen Syed
