I'd still need access to my account to change my plan 

The thing is my bill was due Jan 6th 2019 and I have 90 days before I can keep that number and I'm now running out of time. I'd have to get a voucher from a shop and pay the bill

Oh maybe just better to get new plan but I don't want to lose my number

My bill is $160 I can't  buy a voucher online for that amount
