Even outside still way less than even 40 and that's on both 4 and 5 g I tried setting my phone to just 4 and still no luck indoor or out, and with lucky(bell) I was easily getting 100-120 on a 4 g plan on my room upstairs I tried changing the API set...
Before I changed I checked and there is 5g support here and I do get good signal full bars mostly and 5g it's just that I'm getting 20mbps speed on 5g and on 4g getting around the same if not more
So there is no way to get better speeds I changed over from lucky mobile for the 5g network because it seemed worth it but I was getting 120 Mbps with their 4g plan
