Change a physical SIM card to Esim

I’m currently using a SIM card, but my sim is not working for some reasons. I would like to change it to Esim if it’s possible. Thank you

I see. If I want to get an Esim, I have to create a new account to do so. I tried it with couple devices, but none of them worked. I thought my sim got something wrong.
