SUDDENLY! My phone stopped working and says I ran out of minutes.. and when I try to access my account to buy add-ons.. it gives me unauthorized access...
I tried all the ways and still, the problem is not solved. Yes, it shows a connection to public mobile. Even trying to change to a new provider, I don't receive the transfer msg on my phone.
