adding funds

Hi,I cannot add funds to my account. When I try to add funds it just opens the chatbot.Please advise.My current cycle ends in a few days so I need to make a payment. I do not want to be on autopay.

Thanks. I have added funds many times, but now there seems to be a bug on the site. Pressing the add funds button just opens the chatbot.
