the web site is so crappy and nothing worked after you upgraded to the new web for my account. after signing in, content loading takes forever

Here are that I did: 1. tried both Edge and Chrome2. tried yesterday and today at different time.3. I have two accounts and this happened to one of them. The other one is still slow but can finally get the full content.
