Is there an issue with myaccount? I can get to a login page, enter my credentials and eversafe #, then I am redirected to https://publicmobile.ca/en/. If I click the "My Account" link on the top right, it just goes back to https://publicmobile.ca/e...

Good advice. I'm able to login there as well, and it's asking me to "select a subscription" even though I already have one. I think I need help from someone at PM. Is there a way to request that?

Thanks for the detailed response. I've tried with a completely different browser, and now with a cleared cache, and the behavior is the same. My wife's account works, mine does not.

My issue was eventually resolved, but it required intervention from someone in the IT department. They had to make some manual change to my account. Literally took a month and two days get someone to fix the issue. I hope your experience is better...
