have 2 cordless handsets and 1 corded and none work consistently to take a 2nd call 

have tried the flash button that will work the odd time . and have also tried a corded phone . model kx-tgd390c

WF723CA, is what mine is

I get the call waiting tone but doesn't work to switch over . panasonic yes

I have wireless home phone base with public mobile sim card
