Cannot receive calls as it says my number is disconnected

Hi, I ported over from Freedom a few days ago. I was able to receive calls yesterday but today, I can't receive calls, but only dial out. Can anybody help? Thanks,

Did I have to check off anything that identified the number as Freedom, or do they automatically know from the number?
