Can I use my Public Mobile sim card in my iPad for data use

I get this message when I insert the PM sim card into my iPad and I get no connection. The sima card works in android and iPhone

The sim card is working in an Android phone and an iPhone but when I try to use it in my iPad I get this error message and I can't connect to internet
