i changed my phone number from chatR and now I can't receive phone calls it goes straight to voice mail and I can't receive SMS messages that are being sent as verification codes to get into my old accounts like Facebook, Gmail, etc

How am I supposed to change my phone number it doesn't have a button no more on the website plz help
