3G TO 4G but doesn't show 4G on my cell also speed is slower than 4g

Hello, I updated my plan from 3g to 4g. However, 1) My cell still show LTE only, not 4G. 2) Speed is slower than 4g. Do you mind if you can check whether I am getting 4G support as I upgraded to 4G plan? Thank you for your support!

isn’t 4g much faster? And also it shows that it is only 80mbps, that is slower than LTE that has 100mbps
