Cannot receive calls

Hello,I activated my sim yesterday, but cannot receive calls.I can receive sms and make calls, but cannot receive.My previous provider is FIDO. I transferred the number.What do I do?

Yes, Fido is still working. We missed 90 min frame. Called Fido, they said I suppose to contact provider to resend the request. How do I do it?
