Hi Is it chargeable to our minutes?

Same is with me so many list of calls we disliked and received but never received or disliked any nod except our know nod 

Then what we should doif we miss our voicemail received from outsiders which No should be dialled  to hear our missed voicemails 

In our account also showing that I have also received two times from this 1(647)580-4001 while I have neither made any call nor any message sent so confusing this Public Mobile
