Do I lose my phone number if my account is inactive for couple of months? My current plan ends in two days. I'm going to be out of country for couple of months. I want to renew my plan after I come back. Can I keep my phone number when I come back?

Hey this happened to me initially when I tried to sign up with auto pay with my AMEX.Are you trying to use AMEX?If so, try adding VISA card first to sign up for the autopay. It should work.THEN, change your information to AMEX.This worked for me
