cannot call united states

My phone is not accepting texts or calls from USA. Also cannot call or text them. From Canada of course. Any way to fix this?

You have to be joking, no text messaging to USA. I wish I knew about that one before I signed up. Can I even call there or receive calls? I cannot sign into my account and nobody will contact me from Public Mobile and I have no way to phone them!!!
