Every cycle it happenes, once in 3 months I'm experiencing a few days without service.. I've paid before my automatic payment was due, I have funds available but still no network, this is a very frustrating situation that had been going on over a yea...
Had a 12 GB plan with province only calls and text, went for the Canada wide plan with 6 GB and international text, I have added the funds prior to renewal date, but plan did not update according to the website, any help?
