I've been a customer for 12 years and haven't missed a payment. My credit card was suspended and subsequently public mobile suspended my service. I've forgotten my user name and now my account is locked.Is there anyone that can reset the account.
You dont seem to understand from my email that i am locked out of my account and there is no one to unlock it. Let me explain another way, Ive tried to reset the password but im locked out.
