nope! You will keep your bonus data, its considered an add-on. And add-ons do not expire until fully used

no better time then now. go on the front page of public mobile you should see their promotion. New customers get 2 gb data free every month for 8 months.

Bonuses are usually considered a data add-on. data add-ons remain active untill they have been fully used. so switching your plan wont matter.
