Can’t open ticket don’t know user name or password. Never had one. But I’m over this now. No more time to waste. So off to the mall and will get a new phone plan with someone else who has humans to ask questions too.
Can’t open ticket. Don’t have user idea or password. My phone was working I took sim out put in another phone when I put it back in my own same phone as always it now says sim locked.
Tried opening a ticket but don’t know my username or email associated with this account. I think this is to much trouble gonna have to go back to freedom. At least you can talk to humans
