I don't think it is an option within Public Mobile portal. However, you may want to reach out to a mod and see if you can pay from your bank. Most banks have scheduled bill payment, using the company name and account number.
I concur. I am currently using an app to track data usage, but with 90-day 12 GB limit, it would be great to see the usage that is applicable to my billing cycle. A simple app like Telus MyAccount will help me to check my usage quickly.
