voicemail unavailable

When I hold the 1 it says ''voicemail unavailable'' and it says to go to menu-settings.When I go to the settings and there is nothing relevant that can resolve the issue? Whats going on I need my voicemail! What to do??

It's working! when I call my number it's working. When I dial 1 (like I always did) it's not working

yes just did that 2 min ago. Its not working. It says the same message when I hold the number 1

Yes the number 1 is already attributed to voicemail
