It works. As Support suggested I put my SIM card in another phone, It rang. I put the SIM card back in my phone and voila! It works. Thanks to everyone who helped.
There was no "reply" button on the msg from Support. I send them a private message and told them my phone still is not ringing, as I just sent the person another pm. I had downloaded an app that gives you a 2nd number... and that number does ring on...
