If there are available funds in the account, can those be transferred to Koodo? I know this was available for the Legacy/Pioneer customers when they migrated.

They're basically discouraging anybody with any credit balance to not switch to Koodo, even if they wanted to. For people with a few bucks, those people will just give Telus that free money. But for anybody with bigger balances, it makes more sense...
