Phone is ok customer service trying to fix problem now 

I did this just waiting for them get back to me

says the client you trying to reach is not available it’s been 8 hours I’ve restarted at least 20 times took sim out put back in airplane mode like my account got erased 

Nothing happens and now I can’t even log in says public mobile on top of my phone but no text or calls go threw
