Cannot login and cannot reset password!

Hello, I am locked out of my account. I cannot login and it's giving an "error please try later" when I try and reset the password. Can a mod please help? Thank you@CS_Agent

Still no solution on this after 2 months. CS said they would get back to me, but never did. Was hoping to upgrade to the $40 15gb plan today. No luck.

Yes I have been speaking with a CS rep, and still no luck. Hoping they will figure it out as I am out of data!

Tried that already. Have 3 other family members logging in with no problem on the same device.
