I tried to set up an account & purchase a phone, but I was unable.I cannot get in touch with ANYONE to help me to stop the recurring charges on my credit card.
I do not have a phone or a sim card from PM & I never have. I was refunded the amount of the phone & SIM upon cancellation.I have no servies with Public Mobile & my credit card reflects charges of $13.80 in July & again in August.
The only correspondence I have received was an order cancellation (for the phone & sim).I am from the Maritimes, and I did use a referral code, but I have no record of anything ever being activated.
