I returned to my country and suspended my service 2 months ago. Now I'm going back to Canada and want to reactivate my service but I cannot do it. I cannot submit the amount due. I'll be in Canada on Wednesday morning. Can you guys help me about this...

That’s my problem, i just forgot that this is a prepaid service. When i leave i don’t have to pay anything. I email them and they say that when i change to another provider all the money in my account is gone. I just lost 90$. 沈

Hi there. i had this problem before. You can try this. Go to Lost/Stolen phone section and unsuspend it, i don't remember the name of it but just click the button and then try to make a payment again.
