I activated on Nov 20 but the promo wasn't available.  Will PM honour the promo and how do I get it applied to my account?  Thanks.

Thanks Dave. Good to hear that you're aware that there's issues and are working on them.  I signed up for 2 new accounts each with separate issues.  I trust that you will address them soon.
